The Conference

General Rules and Regulations

​

• Each delegate has to register to participate in any events of the conference.

• Each delegate will be given specific registration number after payment which is mandatory.

• Accommodation can be provided before conference as well as post conference[Friday and Saturday],if required.

• Each delegate can choose a maximum of two workshops,a maximum of one from each session(morning and afternoon).

• Presentations [Oral/Poster] abstract submission is mandatory.

• The first six teams to register for quiz will be considered( maximum of one from each college).

• Each team should have 3 members. 

• Each delegate has to carry their respective college I.D card and two passport size photographs.

• The first five delegates to register will get concession.
