Guidelines for Abstract Submission

​

   1.Presentation is open to all the students from first year to final year.

   2.Registration for the conference is mandatory for abstract submission.

   3.Each delegate can submit only 1 abstract of the research study to which he/she has contributed.

   4.Each delegate submitting an abstract can choose his preference, i.e., either oral or poster presentation.

   5.All the abstracts received will be reviewed by a panel of blinded judges and will be selected either for oral presentation or poster           presentation which will be intimated to the author.

   6.However those who opt for poster presentation as their first preference will automatically qualify for the same (considering you               abide by all the rules mentioned).

   7.The files must be sent by mail in the form of attachment to sdm.scientific@gmail.com latest be April 28,2017.

   8. Permission letter from the respective guides must be sent as attachment along with the abstract.

   9.The conference Registration ID and name of the presenting author is mandatory in the abstract.

                      *Abstract format- MS Word

                                -Title

                                -Presentation type – Oral/Poster

                                -Name of the author

                                -Name and Address of the institution of presenting author.

                      *Word limit: 350-400 words.

                                -Introduction.

                                -Methodology.

                                -Results.

                                -Conclusions.

                      *A confirmation email will be sent to you on receiving the abstract.

  10.The delegates selected for Oral / Poster presentation will be notified via email at the earliest and must follow guidelines put up on           the website.

 11. Case-studies, Reviews and Literature studies will not be accepted.

 12. Rare case presentation in the form of poster can also be given.

 13. STS Projects can also be presented.
